Had an appointment at 8:20 for oil change annd tire rotation. Arrived at dealership at 8:15. Waited to get into service garage until 8:28. Then they have to take pictures and then take you inside and w rotation. Arrived at dealership at 8:15. Waited to get into service garage until 8:28. Then they have to take pictures and then take you inside and wait even more for an advisor. It is now 9:58 and I am still waiting for my truck to be finished. So much for having an appointment and simce when does it take over an hour to change the oil? What a joke. And you still want to charge me out the butt for your service. Do better! More
