I have always been pleased with scheduled service work at Napleton’s of Urbana. The his, however, was not scheduled. I had a dead battery issue in my’22 RAV4. I called the service department and talked to To Napleton’s of Urbana. The his, however, was not scheduled. I had a dead battery issue in my’22 RAV4. I called the service department and talked to Todd Ballard. He advised me to get it jump started and then drive directly to Napleton’s and he would be waiting for me. When I arrived, Todd filled out all of the paperwork and told me he would keep me abreast of all progress. He did send me text messages to update me and let me know the battery had been charged and a software tweak had been done to accommodate people like me that drive very often or for mostly short distances.
