My wife and I purchased a brand new gladiator on 7/3/20 It was not delivered untill 7/11/20 and upon returning home found yet more rock and mud in undercarriage. This is after several trips back to correct problem. The odometer statement is wrong. They also mixed in someone else's sensitive paperwork with ours. No window sticker. I also asked for original suspension parts when lift kit was installed in person and reminder text and have yet to receive them. There were so many mistakes and miscommunication that I feel I will have to file a complaint with the BBB and contact the attorney general's office about the odometer statement. Finance papers did Not match up with what we were told resulting in payments $30.00 more per month. Ally Bank said there were 5 mistakes on financial paperwork. Having said all this we have no problem with Ally the sales person but to say the team around her let her down would be an understatement. I would like to speak with the owner of Napleton Mid Rivers CDJ rather than receive a generic response. More
