Diagnostic and New Battery Took Wrangler in as it was having difficulty starting. Dropped car off for a 9:15 appointment and called at 2:00 for an update...too busy to speak so Took Wrangler in as it was having difficulty starting. Dropped car off for a 9:15 appointment and called at 2:00 for an update...too busy to speak so left message with receptionist. I hear back at 4:00 with a bid for $1,300. Called at they tried charging $175 for a diagnostic and $265 for a new battery (tune up and fuel injector was the extra expense to total the $1,300). Unreal and unscrupulous that it took them all day and they charge over $450 for a battery and diagnostic. Shameful gouging...don’t use their service area!! More

Bad financial department I was trying to help my daughter buy a car. I wrote a check and they gave her the car. Several days later they called her and threatened to reposses I was trying to help my daughter buy a car. I wrote a check and they gave her the car. Several days later they called her and threatened to repossess the car because THEY FORGOT to take a picture of my driver's license. There was no excuse for this. We already went to the dealer once and they were closed. We gave them the driver's license number, but that wasn't good enough for them. When you tell a 20 year old kid you're going to tow her car away because of some internal rule, AFTER THEY ALREADY HAD PAYMENT IN FULL, that's a good way to ruin what could have been a pleasant experience. That's unnecessary roughness. That's no way to treat people who are enriching your business. Also, they said they would affix the temporary license plate, but when they gave us the car, there was only one bolt holding it on because the other bolt was stripped. Apparently, that's our problem now. Wouldn't you think they would want to do a better job of affixing an "Ed Napleton" license plate advertising to the world their name??? More
