Terrible experience with Service Department! I had a 9:15 am appointment to diagnose why my "Check Engine" light was on. I left the car at 8:15 am. Never heard a word from them, so I finally ca I had a 9:15 am appointment to diagnose why my "Check Engine" light was on. I left the car at 8:15 am. Never heard a word from them, so I finally called them at 4 pm. I was told that the mechanic would call me right back. He never did, so I called again and was put on hold for an eternity. Then I was told that my car was now being worked on, but they would need to keep it the next day as well to finish the job. I had had enough by this point, so I took my car when they closed at 6 pm, even though the job was not complete. My wife had purchased her last car from this dealership, but we will never go back again. More
