My wife and I were planning to buy a new Durango. Found one online that we liked for a price we liked at Napleton. Made an appointment. Almost immediately we received helpful emails and it seemed customer one online that we liked for a price we liked at Napleton. Made an appointment. Almost immediately we received helpful emails and it seemed customer service was great. Until we got to the dealership....... The car looked good and it was time to talk money. I was willing to give them what they asked for on the internet, however, that is not necessarily the price. The salesperson was gone for an eternity then came back with a price 3k higher than what is advertised online. No deal. Was very disappointed as we had drove an hour and a half and passed many other dealers who would sell as cheap Overall a very disappointing experience. Honesty would have been appreciated Tom More

Friendly, Courtesy, and Efficient staff from sales to finance. Ryan was my sales guy. GREAT person...really work to find what i was looking for. He fully explained the features of the vehicle along with comparing to features of other vehicles. After finding the vehicle, the financing was a breeze. The unique feature of this dealership is....the Compliance Manager Larry. He is responsible for explaining your vehicles warranties. He does an AMAZING job. He really takes the time to discuss every detail. Richie was my finance personnel. He was WONDERFUl as well. Very efficient and does take time to answer any questions that pop up. My fiance' left in her new vehicle truly stud by how easy and quick the process all was. I am only sorry the the rating stops at 5 stars....should be higher! KEEP UP THE PHENOMENAL SERVICE! If you are reading this STOP and GO NOW. #1! More
Terrible I saw the price on their web site and called to verify it. I was told that is the price with only a process fee of under 200 dollars. Test drove and I saw the price on their web site and called to verify it. I was told that is the price with only a process fee of under 200 dollars. Test drove and then presented with a price almost $4,000 more than advertised. They even turned down my offering $500 more than what was advertised. In my opinion this dealership lacks integrity. The salesman was nice to us, but the way this place does business causes me to not recommend it to anyone. There are several other dealerships in the area that treated us much better as we searched. Overall good experience I am very satisfied with my overall experience at Napleton Mid Rivers. I worked with Jeff Farrah. I felt that he was very genuine and he did everything in his power to make sure we got the deal done, being available before and after hours. The only reason I am giving 4 stars and not 5 is because I was switched managers during negotiation. The sales manager Mark Whited and I had an in depth conversation about prices and my budget. I felt he would do his all to meet a number. When I came back, Mark was busy and switched me to another manager that was unaware of the information I shared with Mark and Jeff. This manager did not seem as willing to work and meet my requested price point. Not so much disappointed that it wasn't met, just with the effort from the second manager. The car is in great shape and the price point was good. Although I would have rather stayed with the same duo of salesmen I started with, my overall experience was great, and I love my 2017 Dodge Charger Daytona edition. Didn't even drive the car I dropped my car off this morning with the complaint of a shimmy at high speeds and low speeds especially when you put on the brakes. About 4 hours later I got an email saying that I needed four new tires that I had a leak in my radiator and that I needed that replace new coolant and I needed a fuel induction and a tune-up basically the bill would be $2,250 if I wanted him to perform those tasks. But they never drove the car. The mileage was the same when I dropped it off. How can you assess driving the car and look at the bearings and the rotors and the brakes and the shocks and not even drive the car? I'm out 165.00 for nothing. Total scam. More

I scheduled a few appointments with them in the past and they seem to always "mis-calculate" their availability. One instance, I scheduled an appointment a week ahead and was promised a loaner but last minute was denied.. I guess Ron in the service department did not like the origin of my name and decided to pull the keys from my service request an hour before my drop off. Not a big review guy but this experience needed to be noted. More

DISAPPOINTING! Incredibly disappointing experience with Napleton's Mid Rivers today. We inquired online about the availability of a car on their lot and heard fr Incredibly disappointing experience with Napleton's Mid Rivers today. We inquired online about the availability of a car on their lot and heard from a "Jonathan Stratis" via email that in fact the car was still available, wanting to talk about options, deals and promotions currently going on. We scheduled an appointment with "Jonathan" for the following morning at 9am. While we did not make it at 9am we informed him at 2:15 we would be able to make it later in the day, a simple 5:15 confirmation of the appointment was great with us! Come to find out, upon arriving at 5:15. That not only does a "Jonathan Stratis" not exist at this location but the car was sold early in the morning, after driving 45 minutes to get there and reconfirming an appointment to see it. Jonathan confirmed not only will we see you at "our location" but that they would be ready for us when we got there. Upon arriving we were told Jonathan works with Napleton only to pull you in from online. That he's not there on site and is not at all affiliated with Napleton. Further inspection later shows that while Jonathan's email signature and name shows "Jonathan Stratis at Napleton Mid Rivers CDJR" his email's actually come from dealer-care.com. Ultimately an incredibly disappointing experience at Napleton's Mid Rivers. We traveled a significant distance, late in the evening on a Saturday only to find the dealership contracts its work out to 3rd parties that do not keep in touch with them, nor do they update those 3rd parties on availability. It's an incredibly lazy approach that surely works for their internet marketing 90% of the time...but will certainly prevent me from ever going back. More
