The last guy that called had a cell phone ringing in the background and told me to "hang on", while he answered the other call. I promptly hung up. They clearly do not have the time to assist me in purchasing one of their used vehicles. I have given all of my contact information and plenty of explanation to indicate my interest in purchasing. I was very concerned that it was accurate as we were driving 4hrs from Kansas City to get it and didn’t want any surprises. I had also read some negative reviews so had some concerns. When we got there it was all ready to go. Cleaned up, full tank of gas and cute little sign that said, “Sorry!! I’m saved for Susan 😀” Brandon had Ryan (can’t remember last name) help us finalize everything (also very nice and knowledgeable). No change in price. No high pressure extended warranty additional stuff. We couldn’t be happier with our Mojito Jeep Wrangler Sahara JL!!! Thanks Napletons! Worth the drive! More

I just received a call from Napleton's trying to schedule my first oil change. I have not yet owned the vehicle for two months; it is completely unnecessary to begin worrying about scheduling an oil change. Also, incredibly frustrating. Further supporting my belief that Napleton's is a complete joke; they lack honestly, they lack respect, integrity, and so clearly organization. Their ignorance to detail(s) have staff members calling attempting to schedule an oil change appointment that [ideally] does not need to be address for at least another 4 months. Get it together, Napleton's. More
