Go see my boy Ryan So I bought a used truck ram 1500 from Ryan a little over a year ago and he took great car of me. My family grew so I needed a bigger truck so I came back and traded that one in on a new ram 1500 with the bigger cab and got a tint job thrown in with the deal too. We were waiting for the paperwork we starting talking about my wife’s situation where her ex left her in a bad way on two cars which she was still paying on. Ryan worked some numbers and came up with a plan for her where he took one of the cars in on trade and the other he bought outside of the deal and put my wife in a new Durango r/t and saved us about $500 a month in payments. I like Ryan, he tells you how it is, doesn’t try to pull a fast one. So that’s 3 vehicles I’ve bought off of him. In a few years when I’m ready I’ll be back to see him again. More

Great knowledge but little follow through We went in wanting to look at a couple of used and possibly new vehicles they had in their lot. We were promptly greeted and helped with our needs. At first the salesman was pushing us to not look at used cars because “they weren’t for us”. We looked at a couple of new vehicles and then asked to see the used one we originally saw. After driving them we wanted to look at numbers and see what we could get for our trade in. We were told that we would get better trade in value for our car if we went new but we still liked the used car better so they drew up some numbers but they weren’t to our liking. We started talking numbers for the new car which was said to give us a better trade in value with a Higher number. at first they didn’t want to run our credit in hopes of finding us a version of the car with all the features we wanted. The salesman said his manager was helping him and would be pulling up a couple more options for us to look at. we sat for almost 2 hour, getting the run around about finding another car and the manager helping. Finally the manager comes in with a breakdown sheet of what our credit report said and what the payment options would be like for the original car. They said they weren’t running it yet and did anyways. Said we would get a better number for our trade in if we went new, we didn’t. Staff was knowledge about the car but giving the customer the run around while not holding true on their promise is a hard one to get past. If you have one specific car you already know and don’t have a trade in you might have luck but just know you’ll waste 3-4 hours waiting for answers. More

Bad to Fair to Good My initial experience with my Sales Person, Jeff, was pretty good. My first and only experience with the Sales Manager, Brandon was not so good. I end My initial experience with my Sales Person, Jeff, was pretty good. My first and only experience with the Sales Manager, Brandon was not so good. I ended up leaving because Brandon and I did not see eye to eye, personality conflict, or maybe he just had not had his morning coffee. The following day, the General Manager, Mark, called me and went above and beyond to rectify the previous dealings with Brandon. Mark and Jeff did everything right and I came back in and purchased the 2019 Jeep I wanted. There is an old saying in business. " If you do good business with someone, they tell almost no one BUT if you do bad business with someone, they tell everyone they know. I am extremely happy with the outcome and I hope Napleton's is too. Thank you again both Jeff and Mark! You both were great to work with and This time, I was able to leave Napleton's with that warm fuzzy feeling. More

I purchased a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee Upland; no previous owners. I am now on my 4th visit to the service department to address issues; yes, multiple. At this point, I have experienced radio issues; transmission issues; and now possibly an engine issue. Most recently, my car just completely shut off while in drive at a stoplight. While I understand they cannot address an issue if it cannot be found, nor replicated, the headache and continuous heartache will never be worth such an investment. The General Manager, Mike, is often frustrated with my upset. Hello! BRAND. NEW. VEHICLE. Of course I am upset! I am also in the middle of wasting an hour of my day attempting to get ahold of the service department whom has my vehicle. Please, spare yourself. More
Don't waste your time Possibly the worst dealer I have ever experienced in my life, having purchased 40+ vehicles over the years. Yesterday, I made an appointment for today Possibly the worst dealer I have ever experienced in my life, having purchased 40+ vehicles over the years. Yesterday, I made an appointment for today at 11:15 am. Yesterday, they called me twice to confirm the appointment and let me know the specific Jeep vehicle I wanted to see would be ready and out front. I arrived on time for my appointment today, and waited a full hour while they found the vehicle and took it for gas. Then they didn't honor the advertised price of the vehicle. They told me my 8 month old Jeep with 3200 miles in pristine condition had lost more than a third of its value and acted like I should have expected that loss. Save yourself the annoyance of a bad dealer experience and go somewhere else for your next vehicle purchase. More
