REFUSES TO STAND BEHIND NAPLETON ADVANTAGE THAT I PAID FOR Long story . A rock hit my windshield. Went to Napelton on a Monday for it to be filled, this is what I was told. " windshields are only fixed on Friday so you will have to wait." Guy in service department. Well weather changed crack grew. Now I go back ask about the windshield what or how can you help me considering I paid extra 900 that was added on to the sales of my vehicle when I originally was told by Trevor ( who no longer works there) oh you get this for free for purchasing your car for the 1st yr. Go to sign paperwork finance guy ( Shane) "whats this 900$? ( I ask ) Shane oh thats the Napetlon Advantage & its not free like TREVOUR said I don't know why he told you that. So long story they NAPLETOLN REFUSE RO FIX MY WINDSHIELD LIKE REPLACE IT BECAUSE WHY SHOULD I PAY WHEN THERE WINDSHIELD COMPANY IS ONLY THERE ON FRIDAY ! SO A CUSTOMER GETS A ROCK THERE IS A DENT NOW THEY HAVE TO WAIT A WEEK FOR IT TO BE FILLED ??? CRAZY BECAUSE THAT WINDSHIELD WILL SPREAD . CUSTOMER GETS SCREWED OVER . ALL THE WHILE THEY ARE POCKETING THE BENIFITS ! DO NOT BUY !! I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM ANY LOCATION ! I WILL BE CONTACTING THE BB AND THE NEWS CHANNEL .. We had brought 3 of our small children and he was wonderful about keeping them occupied with popcorn, bottled water and High Fives! They all made the process very easy, even bringing all of the paperwork outside for mom to sign as she was tending to the kiddos. More
They couldn’t get anything right We saw a Jeep Grand Cherokee online, but when we went in to look at it, and our salesman couldn’t locate it because the general manager’s wife was dri We saw a Jeep Grand Cherokee online, but when we went in to look at it, and our salesman couldn’t locate it because the general manager’s wife was driving it. He said he would get her to bring it in, but he never called us back. We called back and got a second salesman who told us the dealership had another Grand Cherokee on the lot, but when we went in to see it, we were told another manager’s wife was driving it. They told us they could get us a Cherokee from a dealership in Jefferson City, but the price was $10,000 more than the cars online. We negotiated a deal, and while we were waiting for delivery, our salesman called to ask how we were liking the SUV. We told him we didn’t have it yet. They finally got it in a few days later, but it only had one key. They promised to get it for us but we are still waiting. I called the sales manager to complain, and even he didn’t call back. The car is nice, but I have never experienced a business that didn’t want to take my $50,000 before. If you are looking for good customer service, don’t go here. More
