Exceptional and Personable customer service I visited Napleton’s mid rivers Chrysler Dodge Jeep dealership this past weekend and was promptly greeted by two gentlemen standing outside. Shortly I visited Napleton’s mid rivers Chrysler Dodge Jeep dealership this past weekend and was promptly greeted by two gentlemen standing outside. Shortly thereafter, one of the gentlemen named Islen introduced himself and asked if he could possibly help me. He showed me the vehicle that I came to look at. He was extremely pleasant and polite. Generally speaking, I dread going to car dealerships because they always have pushy salesmen that try to nearly force me into buying their cars, but this experience was much different. Islen was friendly and informative. He was there to “help me buy the car” not there to “sell the car to me”. I was pleased by this approach. He was willing to answer any questions that I had about the vehicle and also addressed my concerns as well. I felt comfortable talking to him throughout the process and I didn’t feel like he was trying to haggle me simply to get his commission (like most salesmen tend to do). Although I didn’t decide to purchase this particular vehicle, I wanted to be sure that Islen received the kudos that he much deserved. I wish that there was a vehicle at Napleton that I liked, because I would have been more than happy to make my purchase here because of my experience with him. Everything was great until I left the dealership I traded in my Cadi for a Jeep and had a great buying experience. Relatively quick and painless. However, while the actual buying process was painless, my experience in the weeks following was not. Despite not receiving my paperwork from the dealership until 4 DAYS until the deadline to register/license my new car, I chose to be proactive and get the inspections done myself (I was told by the dealership this was my responsibility). To my disappointment, the Jeep I purchased just weeks ago did NOT pass the safety OR Emissions inspections. I had to get all new tires, an oil change and a complete tune up (after a terrifying experience driving the Jeep to work, it started violently shaking). I spent $2,000 on a car from Napleton before I even paid the sales tax on it. More

I had to leave for a business trip, told Matt what I wanted and we did everything by phone and text. He really listened to what we wanted in a vehicle and customized the search. No pressure, didn't try and up sell us a vehicle we didn't want. We decided on the vehicle we wanted, I drove to the dealership and was in and out within a couple hours. Matt had the vehicle pulled up front and was putting the finishing touches on the exterior detail. Keys in hand, drove the vehicle and moved to finance to finalize paperwork. My husband and I have bought a lot of vehicles in our lifetime and this was by far the best experience we have ever had, twice!
