Our second time back, Mike’s incredible positivity and willingness to assist in anyway that he could really won us over in purchasing our new vehicle. With it being late in the evening the deal was settled the following day. Even while being out of the office due to illness, Mike ensured that we would be the top priority when coming in later to close the deal. He setup arrangements for us to be assisted by Matt, who made us once again feel like part of the family. Matt also went above and beyond to make sure that everything was on track and going arrocrding to plan with the process.
