NEVER buy a car from this store!! I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS. Worst experience of my life. Car sold in poor condition, failed to report proof of insurance to proper parties, and altered my paperwork after I signed the purchase contract. 1) My car was not detailed. The inside of the car didn't seem to be vacuumed or cleaned at all. Underneath the passenger seat of my car there was what looked like dried up chocolate everywhere. 2) The oil light came on the week I bought the car. 3) My car was sold to me with a broken antenna... I guess the whole antenna was missing so I never noticed it was broken. Still confused how I was able to buy and drive the car off the lot in this condition. 4) I was not provided with a full spare tire kit...I got a flat tire on I95 (on June 20th) and realized that I did have the spare tire but I did not have the tools to deploy that tire. I had to call AAA that day to help me. Napleton Northlake CDJR never provided Proof of Insurance to my lender. Because of this my lender added over $3,000 of CPI (force-placed auto insurance). I was furious... so I called Corporate and the actual store to have them provide me with copies of all my paperwork in relation to my vehicle purchase. When I received both copies I noticed that one of the copies were altered. The reason why they fraudulently altered the paperwork was because they sent the Proof of Insurance to the wrong lender and didn't realize it until I requested a copy. This store does not care about the clients satisfaction and neither does the Corporate office. More
Highly recommend Napleton/ General Manager Dragan Barbarich I was looking for a Jeep so I called Napleton & asked to speak with the Sales manager hoping to avoid speaking with an "appointment setter" who I felt I was looking for a Jeep so I called Napleton & asked to speak with the Sales manager hoping to avoid speaking with an "appointment setter" who I felt would probably not know too much detail about what I needed help with. I was immediately put in touch with Dragan who was a lovely man completely UNLIKE anything you would EVER imagine a car salesman or GM to be. After Dragan carefully listened to me & my objectives he realized I was quite confused about my vehicle purchase options. So he took it upon himself to ask me a few pointed questions to help direct me towards my goal purchase AND that was exactly what I needed! Rather than sell me on anything I DIDN'T want, he took the time to hear me out so he could assist. Sometimes when you are shopping you need direction & someone who actually is both knowledgeable AND also cares & listens! The connection, direction & support I got from him is exactly what we all need when we are trying to make an important purchase, choose options & and negotiate fair market price on a vehicle. I RECOMMEND you ask for Dragan. UNBELIEVABLE! Outstanding assistance for even the most savvy customer! More

Sales manager, Chad Gugiere was so disrespectful! He has poor communication skills. He shows absolutely no regard for the customer, at least towards myself. Would not speak to me in person and would not return my phone calls until days later after repeated phone calls and messages left. I had a time sensitive case he was in charge of handling, let me tell you.... complete disregard for my time. He kept sending a middle man to relay messages to me instead of coming out and explaining to me himself what the issues regarding my case were. The 1st time he actually came to speak to me, he threw his hands up in total annoyance and disgust as though I was wasting his precious time. I spoke to Benny Chalal, whom I was told was the General Manager about my experience with the dealership. He did apologize, but it doesn't rectify the situation. Chad will continue to disrespect customers if something isn't done ASAP. Teddy Jones, was a salesman that did his best to assist me when possible with this whole ordeal. He, I can say without a doubt was PHENOMENAL!! If anyone even has to step foot into that dealership, ONLY deal with Teddy. He does not disappoint. He doesn't blow smoke up your hide. He is honest with you and will help you find the vehicle you want. He takes his time with you. I was grateful to have him help me. More
Liars!! I was told by 2 people and a live video by customer service that my car ( the car i knew I wanted to purchase was physically at the dealership! I would be able to drive it off the lot! 40 minute drive and walked in on crutches which I had explained ( broken foot). And to my shock no Jeep. The Jeep I wanted was still at the factory. Then they still tried to sell me the car site unseen. There offer;$900 off full MSRP ! I was insulted and furious and the manager did not care. I was a full cash buyer! Good news is the Pompano Beach has my car and gave me an amazing deal!! Stay away !! These guys are liars!! More

Everything was working when I left my car, on pickup the wipers were broken. I requested they fix them since they were working prior they told me I was a liar and they were broken before hand. What appears happened was they ran the wipers dry because it was apparent the blade looked burned. I will never recommend Napleton service to my worst enemy. What ever happened to the customer is always right. More

They call me up out of the blue and tell me they wish to buy my 2010 Dodge Challenger for 130% over KBB when I arrive they seem to have no idea or any idea of this concept. ITS ALL A BIG LIE! DUH right....They offer me little below KBB and some idiot says he doesn't like the car anyway so, my car is in great condition and looks like I just drove it off the lot...it sits in storage 7 months a year so not really an issue with body or miles or anything....They call with big promises and MR Napleton himself wants to over pay for my car! Well I guess not...So I will give you all one more chance. I want to talk to talk to the person who gets things done, because none of the employees seem to be on the same page as the people calling on the phone.
