What made the experience frustrating was the immediate pivot into “let me show you what else we have on the lot” instead of acknowledging the inconvenience and wasted time. I understand cars sell. That happens. But if a customer is actively on the way after confirming availability, there should be better communication and professionalism involved. No issue with losing out on a car — the issue was the handling of the situation and the obvious sales tactic afterward. Disappointing experience overall. More
