The service department refused to perform Mazda Technical Service Bulletin No. 05-006/24 transmission computer update related to a cold 2-3 shift shock on 2018 to 2025 CX-5 Non Turbo SKYACTIV-G and AT. Our Service Bulletin No. 05-006/24 transmission computer update related to a cold 2-3 shift shock on 2018 to 2025 CX-5 Non Turbo SKYACTIV-G and AT. Our vehicle fits perfectly into this vehicle range. The technician and service manager argued with my wife stating that there were no codes. Telling her that it is a normal condition, and that his car does the same thing, even though Mazda Corporate released a service bulletin to reprogram the transmission computer for this condition. In addition, they charge $2.98 for paying with a credit card without telling you or giving you the opportunity to use a different method of payment. The service is lousy! I waited almost two hours for an oil change. Needless to say, I will never have anything to do with these crooks! More

Bought new Mazda in April 2024. Bad experience with the finance person Victor Aguilar, not an honest person.
