Great follow up I purchased my Jeep on a Saturday. I received 3 follow up phone calls to make sure I was satisfied with my vehicle. At the end of the week I panicked I purchased my Jeep on a Saturday. I received 3 follow up phone calls to make sure I was satisfied with my vehicle. At the end of the week I panicked and thought I had a problem with my speedometer. I called my salesperson Sergio and he called me right back. He told me to bring the vehicle back at my convenience and offered a loaner car just in case they kept my vehicle for an extended amount of time. Went in the next morning. Turns out my speedometer was set in kilometers instead of miles. Sergio always treats me with respect. Regardless, Sergio was there with reassurance and made me feel like I mattered.
