2018 VW Tiguan Had went to David Maus VW winter park first and felt like was getting screwed around. Came here and our sales person was “Kyle B” and sales manager wa Had went to David Maus VW winter park first and felt like was getting screwed around. Came here and our sales person was “Kyle B” and sales manager was “Ian” they were amazing and straight forward and found out David Maus never even submitted a credit check or contacted VW and expected us to pay $700 a month. But here at napleton “Ian” contacted VW made our trade in and a drastically cheaper monthly payment were we were happy. Kyle was such an amazing sales guy and very family oriented as we brought a 6yr old and while we did paperwork and everything else he kept him entertained, “Kyle for the babysitter of the year award” Hands down recommend this dealership!!!!! More
