I have been very disappointed with my Volkswagen Taos since I bought it at Napleton Orlando. 1. The transmission jerks when downshifting or braking. 2. They checked it, yet the issue persists; it’s annoying for a new vehicle. 4. Inside the cabin, there is a constant, uncomfortable humming sound—like a specific frequency—while driving. I’ve asked around, and forums suggest it might be the turbo or the intake system; I’m not sure, but my partner’s Volkswagen Tiguan doesn't have this issue at all. I would like to return or exchange the vehicle. I’ve already taken it to the dealership, but they can't find anything wrong. More

We purchased a 2023 cadillac escalade and we are from Massachusetts so we attempted to purchase this vehicle from a reputable dealership with over 60 dealers across the country with their names on it. We started the transaction of the vehicle on June 3rd and did not take delivery in Massachusetts until July 1st. Once we receive the vehicle we drove it for a total of 3 days after my wife finally broke down come to find out that the vehicle was in a severe accident and the Crash deterrent system had been hot wired and bypassed as to not be alerted when driving because of malfunctioning additionally with frame damage tie rod ends not connected and a pleather of other damages that made the vehicle unsafe to drive. We are still today without a vehicle and no communication after contacting these dealership every single day just about. The dealership has completely ghosted us after spending $90,000 at their dealership. Do yourself a favor do not purchase from the dealership they have no Integrity they are not honest and they continuously lie. As the vehicle now still sits in Albany New York all I want is my money back for the vehicle and they are telling me that they are going to give me my money back but there is still radio silence I will remove this review upon them completing the transaction More
