Terrible Terrible Terrible! I am an out of state buyer and I reached out to them several times that I am ready to make a deal over the phone and then I can fly down to drive the I am an out of state buyer and I reached out to them several times that I am ready to make a deal over the phone and then I can fly down to drive the SUV off their lot. A week later they reach out to me after increasing the price by 4K and adding approx. 7K in taxes and fees. Asked them the numbers don't make any sense can they provide the breakdown and its their fault they are getting back to me so late and this VIP manager Hannah's reply was its adjusted to the market now and that is the price and they wont Honor the old price anymore. Then I asked her to give me a breakdown on how she came up with almost 7K in taxes and fees and no response, the only response I got from her was we are very busy. I also reached out their general Sales manager Bryan Levitt and used car director Efraim Rosario but no response from them either. Very disappointed. More
Classic Bait and Switch: They advertised a nice used car for an exceptionally low price. It was 39k with low miles. Test drove and was ready to buy until Omar the money man, presented the invoice: $1500 dea for an exceptionally low price. It was 39k with low miles. (Even though salesman said no coating on the car when asked separately). Taxes, crazy “warranties” and other misc xx charges brought the price to $49,000.00 wow! So they advertise low, get you in, then hit you with the xx charges right at the end. BUYER BEWARE. One positive was Steven the salesman was nice and kind…….omar was too as he tried to justify the excessive fees. More

My family had been buying from VW for a long time. This is the first time I came to this dealership. I was pleased they were able to get me in an out of service for an oil change. I recommend checking him out if you need a car seemed genuine and down to earth. More
