2015 VW CC Executive This is the third Volkswagen that we have had the pleasure to purchase over the past several years. The quality of the VW product continues to improve This is the third Volkswagen that we have had the pleasure to purchase over the past several years. The quality of the VW product continues to improve with each year. Our decision to choose a Volkswagen was prompted by the Hertz rental of a VW Passat Limo Diesel (US Model is called a CC) in Germany four years ago while vacationing in Germany. Driving on the German autobahn was a bonus to our vacation. Needless to say we fell for the brand. Upon our return we purchased a Jetta. Not long after we moved up to a 2013 CC Sport. The car was everything we wanted and expected from the VW line and more. Last week we went in to the VW dealership that we had purchased our first two VW 's from to pick up replacement windshield wiper blades. It is then that we saw this 2015 CC Exec. model in the show room. We attempted to negotiate a price but sadly the salesperson that had sold us our first VW was too interested in other matters to spend any time with us. Wanting to give the dealership a second chance we returned the following day at which time we had the pleasure to deal with another salesman and the sales manager. Negotiations did not result in the desired agreement but we left with a positive experience in the professional manner in which the negotiations took place. Upon exiting the dealership I called the Orlando Napelton Dealership and had the pleasure to talk with the sales manager. I explained the previous negotiations at which time I was requested to drive down to the Orlando office to give their sales staff a chance. Immediately upon my arrival I was greeted by Alex Lorie who truly wanted my repeat business. I presented the bid sheet from the other dealership presented my offer and within a few minutes I was informed that we had a deal. I was advised that the deal was dependent upon the other dealership releasing the desired vehicle to the Napelton's Volkswagen of Orlando. As promised the following day I was informed by Joseph Birge that the vehicle would be delivered and an appointment was set. As promised the vehicle arrived , the deal was closed and my wife has the please of driving in her dream car. I cannot thank Mr. Lorie , Mr. Birge and Mr. Le enough for the professional manner in which they assisted us in our purchase of this 2015 Volkswagen CC. No games were played and we did not have to go through the back and forth dance. I would highly recommend that any person in the market for a new or even used vehicle give the Volkswagen brand a try and to spend their hard earned money at a dealership like Napelton's Volkswagen of Orlando which wants your business. Joseph Birge was great I travelled to see a truck I saw on AutoTrader. Joe met me at the door and we made a deal on the one I bought. The finance part went slower than it should have but once they knew I was waiting, they immediately took me in and we finalized the paperwork. I also liked that the sales representative completed a lot of the preliminary paperwork with me to speed up the process. All in all, it was a good car buying experience. More

Would give the a zero!! Overcharged! Charged a certification fee , extra warranty with no documentation and dealer fee for car lease I had to payoff. Should have paid the lea Overcharged!
