My response would be an exercise in futility as they are set in their ways, notwithstanding not offering me the veterans discount which is the policy of corporate. As we speak my vehicle is now in service due to an 'exhaust issue', even though the car has only 5,200 miles. Hence, as previously written, "buy a Japanese or Korean vehicle."

As we speak my vehicle is now in service due to an 'exhaust issue', even though the car has only 5,200 miles. Hence, as previously written, "buy a Japanese or Korean vehicle! Now my vehicle is being serviced for the 3rd time. When the issue is corrected I am going back to kia, and trade it in for a lost, but I will have peace of mind knowing I will not have no more headaches!!!
