Last minute Appointment I called to bring my Golf in for the recall and was advised to just come in as soon as possible and they would take care of my vehicle. Sales rep vs Maintenance rep did not fix my VW! Awful Service - they are hurting for revenue I was told and the service rep tried to sell me services I did not ask for or need IMO. The were so bad Awful Service - they are hurting for revenue I was told and the service rep tried to sell me services I did not ask for or need IMO. The were so bad that they didn't even fix the minor issues I had. Stay away from this VW dealer and especially the maintenance department! They are Sale people vs Maintenance people. Be wary. More

Lies told to me Was told maintenance for my vehicle would be free (oil change, etc) came time for my first oil change at 10k miles, took my vehicle to the dealer wher Was told maintenance for my vehicle would be free (oil change, etc) came time for my first oil change at 10k miles, took my vehicle to the dealer where I purchased the vehicle and was told maintenance was covered. The service representative informed me it's not covered and it's only covered if I bought a service plan package. This made a huge impact on me purchasing the vechile. I would have gone else where. I am not pleased to find out I was lied to and now have to review my purchase agreement contract with Napleton Volkswagen. More

Horrible experience in the service department I own a '08 Passat , I have taken it to Napleton East orlando VW dealership many times to repair the same problem that they wont fix; more than 4 time I own a '08 Passat , I have taken it to Napleton East orlando VW dealership many times to repair the same problem that they wont fix; more than 4 times the waterpump has been replaced some of the parts were just changed without being properly diagnosed. The service advisers have very poor people skills and it seems like they just want to rip you off, my advise is to not trust these people with your vehicle. More

Will never return I was held hostage in the service department for two and a half hours. I brought the car in and asked them to check out one thing. The wait was so lon I was held hostage in the service department for two and a half hours. I brought the car in and asked them to check out one thing. The wait was so long because they did a "complimentary" 29 point inspection on my car which I never authorized. They recommended I give them $3111 for all the items they found needed attention during their 29 point inspection. What a racket. More

Excellent Service Department! Brought my vehicle in today for my 30 day inspection and Xzilon application. When I first arrived I was greeted immediately by Felicia Stover who was Brought my vehicle in today for my 30 day inspection and Xzilon application. When I first arrived I was greeted immediately by Felicia Stover who was super nice and friendly. She directed me to the inside area and let me know someone would be right with me. I was helped immediately by Andrew Tokarski who was also super nice and friendly. He called me to let me know my vehicle was ready and also set up a window tinting appointment for me at my home. When I arrived he walked me to the check out area, explained what was done to my vehicle and thanked me for coming in. Overall I was very pleased with the service I received and will continue to bring my vehicle here in the future. More
