I walked into the dealership on a Saturday just to scope some cars not yet ready to buy. I wound up running into him. He walked me through the lot and carefully listened to what I was looking for. Not once did he pressure me to buy a car, but simply listened to me and politely accommodated me. I came in on another Saturday and we ran into each other again. This time I was more certain of buying a car. He was a wonderful sales man because he catered to the what I was looking for. We test drove a car, made a list of several to look at, and browsed the lot several times in the brutal heat. With everything he did he did not complain and did not pressure me. He was also very personable and was easy to relate to. When I decided to buy a car that I liked, he did what he could to accommodate me and was extremely honest, which is very hard to find at dealerships these days. He was a very humble salesman because after he pulled the paperwork for the car he even asked if I would like to come again the next day so I would have some time to think about my decision. That is great customer care that not many would offer. He definitely cared about his customer and maintaining satisfaction. More

The whole experience was great! The truck, a Chevy S10 5 speed, was just what I was looking for. David Navarro was very personable and polite.
