I bought my car from Nardy Honda 2 years ago. Since then I have taken it back 7 times for the same issue they claim to have fixed. Every time I’ve been told a different story. I had come into nardy Honda looking for the right fit for me. I had an accident and needed a lease ASAP! Riz has quickly came to help and had let me know there was a good deal on the car. This is my first time leasing a car, and if it wasn’t for riz and all of the staff at nardy Honda, I wouldnt be driving my beautiful civic sport. Would most defiantly recommend anyone even looking for a pre owned car, go to nardy Honda. Nothing ad to say at all. Also love how they have an insurance department that takes care of the insurance for you! Saves me time and anger lol! More

Worn brakes, damaged rotors, and needed an oil change On September 3, 2019 my son and I purchased a 2013 CRV. The car also had an inspection sticker which showed that it was inspected on September 3. Within one month and 12 days the car started to shake. My son called Honda's service department for 2 days on and off and the calls went straight to voice mail and no ever calls back. I then tried calling and the same thing happened to me . My son uses the car to get back and forth to work, he began to get nervous about doing more damage to the car driving it, so he called the neighborhood mechanic to determine the problem. To our dismay, the car was sold with worn brakes, and damaged rotors. Two weeks later the oil change light came on. Nardy Honda charged my son almost 60 dollars change the oil.I continued to call Honda's service dept and the operator, both calls went straight to voice mail. When I called the finance department a gentleman answered and said that he will walk over there and tell them to answer the phone. I presented my case to both managers and they refuse to refund me the 362 dollars my son spent to get it repaired. My question is, was the car ever inspected before being sold? Why are cars being sold from reputable dealerships without being inspected yet an inspection sticker is slapped in the window? What else is damaged? I presented the brakes and rotors to Tim and he clearly saw that they were damaged. He asked me to leave them there but Tim nor Tom (managers) still refuse to refund me for the repairs. After purchasing a used car for 15,000 dollars you would think that the least they would do is give it a proper inspection and new brakes pads. By the way the front brakes are worn also. I am so disappointed with how they dealt with me as a consumer. More
