LoL disappointed is an understatement and by using my full name to attempt to upset me, proves what xxxxxxxx are running this business. FYI, i had a conversation with alberto and he blew me off. (Poor management and customer service skills) Tim was far better. I have been in contact with honda corp. and they were very interested in my video and photos of the shotty warranty work your service dept provided. They want to see my vehicle.
