We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your DealerRater review, you did not share that experience. That is very disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at their dealership. I believe there may have been miscomunication from Les when he was taking the deposit and for that I apologize. Our procedure is to write a purchase and sales agreement to document the hold and to accept the deposit. It sounds like this was not explained properly. I myself am a woman and I know how hard this business can be. I do not want anyone to feel taken advantage of because of their gender. I spoke to your daughter today about the deposit refund. That should be taken care of and credited back to her card. Again I apologize for this incident. Please let me know what I can do to rectify the situation. I look forward to hearing from you.
