Had a great time at Nashua Mitsubishi. From the moment we showed up until the moment we drove off everyone was pleasant, communication was amazing, and you got the feeling the whole staff was working for you showed up until the moment we drove off everyone was pleasant, communication was amazing, and you got the feeling the whole staff was working for you. I had made an appointment with Jena the sales Manager who listened to my wants and needs. I explained what my wife and I were looking to do, our budget, and some credit issues we had. I know at a lot of dealerships once you mention credit issues they try to pre-qualify you before selling the car. Not at Nashua Mitsubishi. They focused on selling the car, making sure its what you want and need. That is a sign of a good dealership because it shows they focus on the customer not just the money. We went out with Curtis on the test drive who was funny, polite, and very knowledgeable about his product as well as the competitors products. He was well versed in the online reviews of the vehicle and addressed a lot of questions before they were asked. When we got back from the test drive we sat down with Jena who asked us how we liked the car, what we didn't like about it, and if that was THE car. We loved it asked if we could get it in mercury gray and she said of course. We went over all the numbers, she gave her best offer upfront which was less than Edmund's expected price and better than I was expecting. She then took us over to Jay in finance, who laid out everything crystal clear, increased the coverage on the car to 10/100 bumper to bumper for a great price and kept everything in the budget we wanted. Because of stone added accessories we couldn't pick up the car that day however it was ready the following day. That presented a challenge. The wife and I had been sharing a car so we only had the one vehicle. I was at work 45 minutes away with the car while she was enjoying the day of at gone. In order to pick up the car after work I would have had to pick her up and make it to the dealership by 9pm. I work until 7. Once again Jena came to the rescue and picked up my wife at home while I meet them art the dealership. Unfortunately Curtis wasn't working that night however Kristin was so she delivered the car to us. She went over everything and left us with no questions about what buttons did what. Overall we actually had fun shopping for a car and would highly recommend Nashua Mitsubishi. More

I went in to buy a Suzuki Kizashi AWD. They sold me one and said it was AWD when it in fact was not. When I approached them with this I said I want my money back, and I want to start over. They said no, and said it was AWD when it in fact was not. When I approached them with this I said I want my money back, and I want to start over. They said no, and refused to work with me on my terms, which are the only terms of any relevance since THEY are the ones that screwed up. Their sales manager even went so far as to blatantly laugh in my face! I will never do business with these creeps again. More
There was oil leak in my car. Went to get fixed, asked specifically that there is only 1 oil leak and the head gasket was not leaking. I told them if it is more than $500-$700 i would rather trade it in a specifically that there is only 1 oil leak and the head gasket was not leaking. I told them if it is more than $500-$700 i would rather trade it in as the car was getting old. They categorically stated that there is no other leaks. Got it fixed for $600. A week later still leaking, went back and they said they had not tightened the bolts properly. They tightened the bolts (for free off course). Two weeks later the car was still leaking Oil. Went back and they said the head gasket is leaking! Cost $2400 but would deduct $600 because of the the prev leak. Went to my mechanic and he did not think the head gasket was leaking as there was no oil below the head gasket, only above it! But there was definitely a leak. So decided not to get the car fixed - traded it in. obviously did not buy the new car from them! So at minimum they were incompetent as they could not even determine the source of the leak. Had to make 2 additional trips for their mistakes and cost me $600 for nothing! On plus, the service managers were pleasant. Pity the service manger do not check the workmanship - seriously how difficult is to start the car leave it for 10 minutes and see if there is any leak! More
Went here with brother, owner of a WRX. Wanted to trade in WRX for the EVO. Stood around for 10 minutes, without seeing a single employee. I see a customer sitting down, and I approach him and ask "Is ther in WRX for the EVO. Stood around for 10 minutes, without seeing a single employee. I see a customer sitting down, and I approach him and ask "Is there anyone working today?" jokingly. He replied in a angry tone "xxxx if I know, been waiting here 15 minutes". So I continued walking around with my brother. Finally, a man came in from outside. We tell him we want to trade in the Subaru WRX for the new EVO. We talk business for a bit, then comes time where we need to take it for a test drive. The salesman tells us "We can't let you test drive the EVO. They don't like any miles on those cars". Dumbstruck, we look at him and I said "Let me get this straight. You want us to purchase a 40 thousand dollar car, a car that is ALL about handling, speed, shifting etc, without test driving it? Are you serious?". The man replied "Yeah I'm sorry we just can't test drive them." Again, out of pure shock I said "Are you serious? I mean, for real, you think anyone is going to buy a 40K car without test driving it?" he simply replies "Sorry". So we say "good luck selling cars" and left. Will never go back there again, and will surely spread the word about the dealership, the lack of service, and the horrible service that was finally provided in the end. More
