Asked for 60k service minus oil change and air filters. Also, requested brakes be checked and changed if needed. $1800 later-charged for oil change, filters, and brakes were never checked. Changed air filters the prior week…should have been obvious, aside from me telling them. I expected them to recommend wiper blades replacement(my rear wiper had the rubber piece clearly dangling), but no mention. Had been avoiding bringing my car to them due to poor customer service during previous visit….im done with this dealership More

I am an active-duty military member stationed on Fort Campbell, KY. I tried to purchase a 2025 Crosstrek in Atlanta. GA while on leave. The Kennesaw Subaru dealership found the model Subaru that I wanted Campbell, KY. I tried to purchase a 2025 Crosstrek in Atlanta. GA while on leave. The Kennesaw Subaru dealership found the model Subaru that I wanted in Nashville. I was heading back to FTCKY that day and the Nashville Subaru crew stayed late to facilitate my purchase after hours. Noah was great. My gripe is that I went in to have a wider arm replaced that had been damaged in a car wash. I ordered the part, but I was never contacted to say that the part was in. I stopped in on my way home two weeks later and the part was in. The service department replaced the part in 10 minutes, awesome, but I had needed the rear wiper the week prior and a call would have been nice. Love the store and I will take my crosstrek back for all maintenance. Paxton More
