The entertainment and navigation system weren't working because it needed a security code. I was told they were taking it to the Honda dealership to see what could be done and they assuered me they would let me know as soon as they found out. I got a call the next morning saying they sold it to someone else but would love to have me come back in and look at other cars. When I spoke to the manager he said it was "first come, first serve". I thought me being there first and saying I wanted to purchase the car first meant I was "first come". I'm sure I dodged a bullet by not purchasing from them! More

Such an awful dealership, do not use. All cars purchased from this dealer will break down the first week you drive them. This place does not stand by their words or vehicles. They glued together the exhaust system, they used zip ties on the engine plates instead of bolts. Don't get a vehicle from here trust me. I never saw such a terrible dealership and will never see. Poor customer service, they are not acting like selling, they don't know what they are selling. On the car I bought, some of the buttons on fob key and the mechanical key doesn't work at all. I called them many times and they said they will call me back and never did it. Finally I brought the car to them and they checked it, and they said they are going to order a new key. I checked them 3 times and they said they will call when the key arrived....it's almost a month now, no body called. Don't waste your time and money, there're a plenty dealership with good customer service. More
