National GMC is not an honest dealer. I entered into National GMC on 9/24 and entered an agreement for a 2023 Yukon. That day I agreed on a final price on the Yukon - including a trade va I entered into National GMC on 9/24 and entered an agreement for a 2023 Yukon. That day I agreed on a final price on the Yukon - including a trade value on my current car. I put $2000 down based on these numbers only after they promised that was the final negotiation and the Yukon would arrive in 1-2 months. It took 5 months to arrive!!! When the Yukon finally arrived, they refused to honor the deal as we had previously agreed on. I went round and round with the GM - Curt. Curt lied about the original agreement and even tried to change the original paperwork. They refused to honor their end of the deal and tried to renegotiate after the car arrived. I would of never put money down on a deal if it wasn't final. National GMC lied and went as far as changing the paperwork at the ninth hour. They are completely dishonest and I would never do business with them. More
WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! !! I TRULY REGRET BUYING MY CAR FROM THESE IDIOTS! Bought my 2022 GMC Yukon XL Denali from these guys. No problem with the salesman, my issue was !! I TRULY REGRET BUYING MY CAR FROM THESE IDIOTS! Bought my 2022 GMC Yukon XL Denali from these guys. No problem with the salesman, my issue was, and STILL IS, afterwards I have called them 23 (yes, I am keeping track) times to try and have someone from finance OR the manager call me back and send me documentation of my odometer reading at the time of trade in so I can get the rest of my warranty money, I only had the truck 10 months and NO ONE WILL CALL ME! One of the finance guys voicemail is still full (2 months I've been calling) and the other won't return messages. The manager won't return messages and when you speak to any of the sales people and tell them the situation they send you to the dude whose voicemail is still full. Buying the car was a breeze anything following is an absolute and utter nightmare! Total BS! Will NEVER buy from them again, not EVER! Once they get the sale they don't want anything to do with you! Honestly, they don't even deserve a 1 star. WORST DEALERSHIP I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED! More
I want to say thank you to Zane Hobson for helping me get a vehicle with a low credit score. I was scared for a second but Zane told me to not worry and that he will make sure I leave with a car. He was very respectful and knows how to speak to people unlike other dealers. Zane told me let me show you something, we went outside and there was a beautiful vehicle waiting for me. Zane said today you will be leaving with this vehicle I promise and I couldn’t believe my eyes guys I end up getting for car. I recommend national Buick GMC to every one looking for a nice reliable car. Go there and ask for Zane tell him Hussein I send you! More

I made an appointment for some issues that my car which I purchased a couple of months ago from your dealership. I walked in and handed a check and left with the truck. There were some tsb’s that I had for “engine shudder and transmission hard shift”. I let the person who checked me in that I can produce the “hard shift” on command and the engine shudder can be viewed and felt. The person completely disregarded what I said and his response was “our techs can reproduce it too if the issue exists”. I left trusting in him. I received a call 24 hours later telling me that the tech’s couldn’t reproduce the “hard shift”. I found out from the same person who checked me in that the GM recommended “transmission flush” was never performed on my SUV when it was sold to your dealership. Secondly, the tech couldn’t verify the engine shudder as well. Again, I can reproduce the hard shift on command and the engine shudder happens all the time. All the techs had to do is literally look and place their hand on the engine to feel the shudder. I WILL NOT BRING MY CAR TO YOUR DEALERSHIP OR PURCHASE ANYMORE FROM YOUR DEALERSHIP.
