He is friendly, honest and thoroughly versed in the entire line of vehicles that National stocks. Being from Havelock, Randy had to deal with numerous emails and phone calls until we could get down to the lot. He was extremely professional and usually responded within minutes. Having had our Charger serviced at National for many years I can personally vouch for Mike in the service department as well.
