After reaching out online, I was receiving emails from 3 different people when I only needed 1 (the sales consultant) who was very personable. Business Manager who handled financing my new vehicle recognized I was interested in learning more about the process. Their system was not forgiving when someone typed in my address & my birthday incorrectly. More

Claire was really helpful, taking extra photos, two videos and arranged taking the car to an independent mechanical shop that I selected to look over. I enjoyed working with my sales rep AJ Lynn when it came time to look to upgrade my SUV. He was very friendly, personable, and authentic. He has a very lighthearted personality and I took note his colleague time to look to upgrade my SUV. He was very friendly, personable, and authentic. He has a very lighthearted personality and I took note his colleagues at Nazareth Ford and Koch seem to enjoy his energy too. I ended up purchasing my vehicle through Nazareth Ford because of AJ. Kate who handled the insurance call with my agent was very kind as well and made that process easy at the same time. My experience with the Finance Department, Jake Roehrich, was not as enjoyable for several reasons. Note to Jake, plenty of women purchase vehicles and make decisions, without having to consult with their husbands. Additionally, up-sells should be shared in advance for opportunity for consumption, not at the time of signing. Overall, I would recommend Nazareth Ford for your next vehicle purchase based on their sales team and service team. More
