And knowledgeable. The dealer worked with me to get the package that I was looking for and still stay in the price range I needed. I made my living as a union carpenter and one of the main reasons I bought from the dealership is ,when they renovated, they used union carpenters to do the work. Thx again . I hope to get 250,000 miles out of this truck. It sure is A beautiful truck. More

Tire Rotation Requested and not Performed I've taken my 2016 F150 to Nazareth Ford for servicing since I purchased it. On several appontments I questioned whether my tires were actually being I've taken my 2016 F150 to Nazareth Ford for servicing since I purchased it. On several appontments I questioned whether my tires were actually being rotated per my request. I recently purchased new tires and I was at the 5000 mile mark on my appt (3/15) so I requested the rotation along with my oil change. This time however, I marked my tires so I would know if they were rotated. The truck was returned from the service area and I went outside to check the tires and found they were not rotated. I asked the lady at the payment desk if they were rotated. She looked at the paperwork and said yes they were. I asked her to confirm with the technician and told her that he should be careful with his answer. I believe she had and idea were I was going with this. The technician came out and immediately said they didn't rotate them because the looked "fine". I questioned why the paperwork said they were rotated and his answer was " we only do what's right for the vehicle" That was not a very good response. Why wouldn't someone in service let me know that they felt the tire didn't need to be rotated and let me, the owner of the vehicle, and customer make that decision. If I didn't mark my tires or question, I would have had 10,000 miles on my tires before the first rotation. Tires for an F150 are very expensive and this could have limited the life of the tires. This method of doing business is unacceptable and deceptive. Now I'm certain that my previous requests for rotation most likely didn't occur either. I'm extremely disappointed in Nazareth Ford's service dept, and question whether I would even consider buying another vehicle from your dealership in the future. More
