Our 2017 Escape Sync was Fixed For some reason our NAV system on our 2017 Escape stopped working at random intervals. We were in the middle of some trips to Boston and Philly, and For some reason our NAV system on our 2017 Escape stopped working at random intervals. We were in the middle of some trips to Boston and Philly, and it didn't know where it was, saying "NO GPS"! Also our phone would frequently disconnect and re-connect. The radio also randomly did not respond and the touch screen froze up. On the first visit, the car was left there for a day, and they updated the sync software, but driving home from the dealer, we saw right away it was still not working right. We had to return and leave the car there for 2 days to have a module replaced. When we got it back it finally worked properly, but we had lost all our information in the NAV system. There may be some issue with the Ford Sync systems because the same thing also happened on our 2013 Escape, but the dealer told us this was not a common issue. More

Not Happy $1400.00 payment for noise in the rear end. Noise still persists. I give up. Moving to another dealership. No so Friendly Dealer Update 1/11/19 Scheduled appointment, showed up on time. Parked car in front of garage doors and no one there to greet me so, I went inside. Stopped by receptionist, told her that I was there for an appointment, she said I have to talk to those guys. Still no Hi!, how you doing?, Happy New Year or more importantly, How can I help you? Customer service 101. I then walk past 2 service writers and a mx tech which immediately looked at floor as to ignore me. I finally came to the Quick Lane Counter where another gentlemen was shuffling papers and for the next 2 mins also ignored me. Next the phone rang for which the gentle shuffling papers decided to answer immediately and continue to ignore me. I lowered my head in disgust and left shaking it thinking, their slogan is "The Friendliest Dealer in Town". Not! Sorry, but you dropped the ball big time! Worst part is, for NF, I was interested in purchasing 2018 Edge Sport, while I was waiting for service to take of my car. I live in Nazareth and was trying to do business locally, oh well. Very Disappointed! Update 1/11/19: Management called me several days later to apologize, I of course accepted it. He told me he tested my situation and found the same issue and has since made changes to fix it. I can't ask for much more. Hopeful when I take my car back for service, I can give them 5 star review. The dealership did my inspection fine but claimed I had no recall on my car when I got a letter in the mail stating I did and the ford app says so as well. If I could give them 0 stars I would because they are supposed to fix my recall at no cost and they’re trying to tell me I don’t have one when this has been a thing since October. This dealership is trash. Clearly they don’t know what they’re doing and shouldn’t be in business if they have no intentions on fixing recall problems. This recall on my car is for engine stalling so it’s pretty xxxx serious but they don’t care about anyone’s safety apparently, only your money! DO NOT GO HERE More
