10k service Scheduled my 10k service last week. Was able to set the time and day the previous week with no problem. Arrived and greated by the assistant who dire Scheduled my 10k service last week. Was able to set the time and day the previous week with no problem. Arrived and greated by the assistant who directed me inside. I informed the service manager i would be waiting for it. He said that is fine and offered coffee and directed to the lounge. About an hour later i was paged that the service was complete and presented the charges. Paid and was told the parking spot my car was in. The car was washed....much better than went my focus was serviced last. Staff was all very pleasant and smiling too. A good overall experience for the required service. One thing that would be nice for lease customers like myself is that all required service maintenance be covered by Ford, since it is still their vehicle and at the end of the lease they get it back anyway. And after 39 months the $11,700 I paid more than covered the depreciation of the car. More

First oil change on new truck It took an hour and 45 min for an oil change. I made a 7:00 appt so I could get to work on time. The left front tire that was a little low is now the left rear tire that is a little low. I wouldn't think it would be too hard to check tire pressure when you rotate the tires More

Ford Fusion Hybrid I went into the dealership on the suggestion of my wife Maria, since the Ford Fusion I was scheduled to test drive wasn't ready like they promised it I went into the dealership on the suggestion of my wife Maria, since the Ford Fusion I was scheduled to test drive wasn't ready like they promised it would be at another dealership she suggested we visit Nazareth Ford because it was a 10 minute drive away. The salesman was already standing outside as we pulled in and walked up to us to ask what we were interested in. Once I told him it was a Ford Fusion hybrid he said we only have one on the lot but I'll be happy to show it to you. My only regret after the fact was not researching what different options a Fusion could offer, like the parking assist not equipped on mine. Because this was the one and only hybrid on the lot I might not have purchased this exact one knowing that park assist was available on some Fusion models. However the entire sales process was fairly quick and straight forward, say I was in and out of there in roughly 3 to maybe 3 1/2 hours from start to finish. Now 3 weeks and 460 miles later I'm fairly pleased with the decision I've made. More
