Very good service. I was greeted when I enteeed the quick service lane, and was about 15 min. late. I was asked it I had an appointment. I had a 11:30am appointment, I was greeted when I enteeed the quick service lane, and was about 15 min. late. I was asked it I had an appointment. I had a 11:30am appointment, didn’t arrive until about quarter to 12 noon. Never the I was greeted and was asked for my keys to remain in the car. I went to the waiting room. A few minutes. later a mechanic came in for my keys, since it was a new car and I had the key fob in my pocket. Service was very good and the work was done as requested. More

115,000 Mile Service Brought in my 2014 Ford Focus for the 115,000 mile servicing (horrible car by the way, will never buy another Ford based on my experience with this on Brought in my 2014 Ford Focus for the 115,000 mile servicing (horrible car by the way, will never buy another Ford based on my experience with this one. Has been in the shop multiple times in the last 4 years). They completed the job quickly and recommended only one additional service, flushing the brake fluid. Pricing for that was about average, but I did have coupons for the oil change, tire rotation and a free alignment check. They did forget to put a new sticker on the windshield for the next oil change. And they washed the vehicle which was nice, but all of the windows and mirrors were really streaked when I picked the car up. Wish they could have maybe wiped those down a bit instead of just letting it air dry. More
