My visit was to address two vehicle recall notices. The recall issues were addressed in less than 1 hour. I called my service rep., Tim Uhler, attention to a driver side door seal issue that I had, and The recall issues were addressed in less than 1 hour. Courteous and very presentable staff met me in the breezeway and made everything easy. Advisor Ralph Nittoli was waiting for me, (I made the appointment only the day before) and completed my ticket in seconds. Easy-peasy even after I added a few things at the last minute. Got a shuttle ride home in like, 30 seconds by the time I got up from the comfortable chair. My Edge was ready lickety-split. I got a LOT done, too. Oh, did I mention it was washed as a courtesy? Why would I take my Ford product to anybody else when these guys built it?? More
