My visit was to address two vehicle recall notices. The recall issues were addressed in less than 1 hour. I called my service rep., Tim Uhler, attention to a driver side door seal issue that I had, and The recall issues were addressed in less than 1 hour. I called my service rep., Tim Uhler, attention to a driver side door seal issue that I had, and even though I was slightly passed the trim warranty mileage expiration limit Tim was nice enough to replace the door seal, at no cost to me, as a customer relations gesture which I thought was exceptional.
