Brand new engine, could have been prevented Brand new Ford fusion. Brought in for clicking noise with appt. They sent me home said the car was safe to drive they needed more time to diagnose. Never called to schedule, I called and they got me in but forgot about me. The car broke down entirely on the way to my appointment. I was told I needed an entire new engine. Just had it in again for a bolt recall on steering wheel. HATE THIS CAR AND ITS ENTIRELY UNSAFE. More

My visit was to address two vehicle recall notices. The recall issues were addressed in less than 1 hour. I called my service rep., Tim Uhler, attention to a driver side door seal issue that I had, and The recall issues were addressed in less than 1 hour. I called my service rep., Tim Uhler, attention to a driver side door seal issue that I had, and even though I was slightly passed the trim warranty mileage expiration limit Tim was nice enough to replace the door seal, at no cost to me, as a customer relations gesture which I thought was exceptional. Customer loyalty is greatly appreciated, and is a two way street! More
