Finally a car dealer with a courteous staff. Went to Nazareth Ford just to talk to someone about a new car. My husband and I weren’t sure what to expect since he went looking for a truck last yea Went to Nazareth Ford just to talk to someone about a new car. My husband and I weren’t sure what to expect since he went looking for a truck last year at different dealers and we found a lot of the salesmen very rude. So now it was my turn to go shopping and I wasn’t expecting a good experience. We were both very surprised at how courteous and personable our salesman Paul was. He helped me determine exactly what I was looking for and made car buying a pleasurable experience. Although I didn’t take an extended warranty, Mike was very informative as to what options were available and I was glad that there was no pushy hard sell to buy one. I can’t speak to the service department yet but I would definitely recommend this dealership and Paul. More
