Absolutely terrible! 2 hours for Oil Change? Bought a brand new 2017 Ford Explorer in January. Went in for first FREE oil change. The experience started poorly with an unfriendly, miserable per Bought a brand new 2017 Ford Explorer in January. Went in for first FREE oil change. The experience started poorly with an unfriendly, miserable person behind the service desk. Their so-called "Quick Lane" center was far from quick. Waited over an hour to get my complimentary oil change. When the vehicle was finally brought in for the oil change, they damaged a tire on the lift and it needed to be replaced! Another hour later I finally was able to leave. Taking a look at the tire upon arrival home, I noticed the new tire didn't even have a tire cap on the stem. Although they replaced the tire and one of the service managers offered a free oil change for my troubles, the overall experience shows a lack of courtesy and understanding of their customers needs, as well as a clear lack of training for their service personnel. I have no intention of using the free oil change and I highly recommend that you take your vehicle services to another location. More

The other dealership has our car for 10 days and never looked at it, after having the car moved to Nazareth Ford, they looked at the car and within days we had it back running better than ever before. oil change rotate tires I have always had good experience, however this last time I was not happy, I made my appointment for 7:30 am arrived at 7:25. I did give myself enough time to get to work if they would have taken my car in on time. In turn I didn't get out of there until after 9:00 am More
