Great service in very reasonable time 10,000 service was a breeze. Came in, waited for the car, got out in good time, for under $50.00 - unheard of!! No upsell. Awesome. Great until you need something This dealership was 'great' in the sense of dealerships. I bought a car from them last summer (2018) that someone who worked there had been driving around (over 100 miles on it already) which probably should have been my first indicator to 'steer clear' of them. Fast forward almost a year later, I am having an issue with the car. Throttle is sticking- great problem, right? I made an appointment & on the way down to the dealership the issue isn't happening, I call for them to tell me, oh we can't help you there isn't a light on. Cool- so basically you called me a liar and can't look at an issue without a light on?!?! I commute! So when my clutch goes, it's not gonna be covered by warranty right? Or something worse happens? I spent almost $30k on my car, it's important my car works properly and keeps myself, my family and others safe. What is the point of an 80,000 mile warranty when you only start checking over the car at 81,000 miles. Go to a dealership that will be there for you after the car is sold. Whether you're having troubles or not. This isn't the dealership for that. More

Don't trust your vehicle with their service department I took my Chevrolet avalanche in for a Pennsylvania state inspection and as they're performing the inspection the service advisor takes me out into th I took my Chevrolet avalanche in for a Pennsylvania state inspection and as they're performing the inspection the service advisor takes me out into the work area and begin showing me items he claimed the technician is using to fail this PA state inspection. when I question the authenticity of his findings based on publication 45 of the Pennsylvania department of transportation handbook on state inspections specifically section 175.80 Suddenly nobody knew nothing and the technician didn't even know where the handbook was that he is supposed to follow for performing state inspections. My feeling is they were trying to get thousands of dollars worth of work out of me but what they didn't know is I actually know the Pennsylvania state inspection guidelines and every single item that they had claimed was a failure is not even listed in the handbook nor the regulations. So be very weary of this company More
