Service dept I have been waiting for 4 months for a part to come in for my 2018 ecosport. And when you call the service dept you Have to leave a message and nobod I have been waiting for 4 months for a part to come in for my 2018 ecosport. And when you call the service dept you Have to leave a message and nobody calls you back or when they do they don’t know when the part is coming in. I’m not happy very disappointing. Airbag recall They shuttled me home and 2 1/2 hrs later phoned me to say my car was ready and sent a shuttle to pick me up. The whole experience was started and fin They shuttled me home and 2 1/2 hrs later phoned me to say my car was ready and sent a shuttle to pick me up. Appalled Ok.2 times around with bad experiences. Last one being our beautiful f350 for oil pan gasket and turn signal rear bulb. Well ,driving it home started Ok.2 times around with bad experiences. Last one being our beautiful f350 for oil pan gasket and turn signal rear bulb. Well ,driving it home started loud knocking. We checked oil. Nothing on dipstick!!! They must have forgot it takes 13 quarts big diesel. We are not stupid. Had it taken by rollback to Nazareth ford. Again..they put oil in and hmmmm all better???as for tail light they broke the assembly and let it hang there in back of truck claiming , we don't know. Really? They then fixed it. Damm very disgusted. The other incident was my red 2003 dodge ram. Claiming it needed emergency brake for inspection but while charging 800.00 for it failing to replace front brakes that were to the metal..they should compensate us somehow. But they smile thru lying teeth. So done. Going to Gilboy from now on. They never ever did this crap. Should be ashamed. More

Recall and State Inspection We have been waiting since November 2018 for the car part. We actually went 2-3 times believing that the part was in the shop and the car was going We have been waiting since November 2018 for the car part. We actually went 2-3 times believing that the part was in the shop and the car was going to be repaired because we received a call. We live in Allentown so this is not a quick drive. Each time arrived and the parts were not available. Every time we called no one return the call. Finally, had the appointment on 3/27 for repair and state inspection. Ralph had off and didn't tell anyone that I would be there and so a loaner car was given. Pick up the car at 7:30p.m. that day. We only have one car. Over the past few years, no previous employee seems to be in the service department anymore. Paperwork is not as detailed as before. We used to get a checklist that was in color as to what was reviewed and possible repairs, if any for a few inspection. Very different place now. I have been at this location for over 25 years but need to find a different location. More
