Oil change etc. on 2016 Fiesta The car "told us" maintenance was needed. In a telephone call I was told that this can be a taken care of in the Quick Lane so I brought the car in. The car "told us" maintenance was needed. In a telephone call I was told that this can be a taken care of in the Quick Lane so I brought the car in. I was received by Chris Hardy who was most helpful and kind. I sat at the Quick Lane waiting area and when the car was ready Neal invited me to settle the bill and, seeing that I walk with a cane brought the car in so I didn't have to walk too far for it. Chris and Neal were very kind and helpful and the mechanics who did the service without delay are truly appreciated. Thank you all. More

Very Very Poor Communication (Non-Existent) Ralph does not know how to pick up a phone or check his voicemail apparently. The lack of communication is totally unprofessional. I will be finding somewhere else to service my family's vehicles. Same goes for new car purchases as well, if I can't trust the service department, then I can't trust the facility as a whole.
