Poor Workmanship!!!! This dealership receives 1 Star Rating due to their lack of workmanship that I have received during repairs to my 2016 Ford F-150. My 2016 Ford F- This dealership receives 1 Star Rating due to their lack of workmanship that I have received during repairs to my 2016 Ford F-150. My 2016 Ford F-150 broke down in the beginning of September 2018 due to pressure build up in the motor that caused my oil cap to be blow off, draining the oil from the motor entirely. The truck recieved all oil changes from Nazareth Ford during my time of ownership so naturally I had the truck towed to Nazareth Ford for repairs. While at Nazareth Ford the my truck stayed in the service center for almost two months since my original break down. The truck recieved a new oil pump, arm - timing chain, and various gaskets associated with the front cover and oil pan. Finally, after almost two months of waiting for Nazareth Ford to complete their repairs, I went into the service center to pick up my truck. You would think that after having such an extensive repair, requiring you to have your vehicle towed to the dealership, that the Service Advisor would want to sit you down and go over all the items that were shown on the receipt. That was not the case. The Service Advisor was not interested in explaining the itemized receipt, nor did he mention anything about warranty associated with the recent repairs. I felt as if I was kindly pushed away, only having confidence that my vehicle was repaired by the shear word given to me by the Service Advisor. Sure enough, I drive the truck to work the VERY next day and I hear noises coming from the motor that I have never heard during the 57,000 miles I have put on the vehicle. That same day I called Nazareth Ford and notified them of the issues when they promised the truck was in "fine" working condition. The soonest available time slot they were able to get my truck back in the shop for a test drive was a full week away. During the week of me waiting and having to continue driving my vehicle to work, the rattling noise coming from my motor during start up was getting more noticeable. I called the Service Manager at this time and notified him of the problem. He suggested to keep the original date I had to bring the truck in for a test drive. During the test drive, the mechanic was able to hear the noise I had mentioned to them over the phone and also heard multiple videos of the knocking sound my truck was making during start up. Nazareth Ford was accepting of the truck and willing to do the repairs but after the first time around I am not sure how confident I am with them performing the repairs. Who knows when I will be getting the truck back..... And for this reason I give this dealership a 1 star review and do not recommend their service center to the public. More
