The whole experience with Neil Huffman GMC was easy and quick. This was the easiest time I have had in buying a new vehicle. The salesman on up made sure we was taken care of and explained everything on th quick. This was the easiest time I have had in buying a new vehicle. Also they told me what all GMC offered and what the dealership offers. I have been driving from Lexington to this dealership for several years for service on my old vehicle and know they have all ways taken care of my old truck, so when I was thanking about buying a new one there was only choice where to purchase it at and that was Neil Huffman GMC. Do not shop here! !!! The worst customer service ever. I’ve had multiple issues since purchasing a vehicle in November, but let me start with the latest. June 15th I we !!! The worst customer service ever. I’ve had multiple issues since purchasing a vehicle in November, but let me start with the latest. June 15th I went in for an oil change. They did not put the dipstick back in my car. My car was leaking oil and ended up dying on the highway. It was towed to local dealership who informed me of this. When I called Neil Huffman I was placed on hold. They told me a manage would call me back. 3 days later NO CALL. The audacity. This has cost me so much money and they truly don’t care. There are so many better choices for dealerships that actually care about their customers. So tragic and unfortunate. More
