Poor Purchase Experience! Never again I wish I had taken my father elsewhere. He is 83 and this was a big mistake. Even though we pointed out problems with the cars tires during the demo I wish I had taken my father elsewhere. He is 83 and this was a big mistake. Even though we pointed out problems with the cars tires during the demo ride, my dad is now driving his new car with balance/alignment issues because after he paid them, they would not help him fix the issue. Poor form Neil Huffman! After we made it to the finance dept, they tried to give him less for his trade in than agreed upon, the contract was completely wrong regarding his trade-in value. Also, the salesperson didn't keep his appointment with us and we came from Cincinnati. So our first experience was to be immediate handed off. Instant bummer. It just kept going downhill from there. So my father drove all the way back to the dealership to fix the tire balance/alignment issue (from the Cincinnati area) and they would not offer any assistance to help him fix the issues... other than sorry Charlie, "Pay us again and we'll fix it" . Well they sent him packing even though the sales dept was notified there was an issue with wheels before we signed the contract. I would not go back and I feel bad my father went there based on my advice. More

Tell you anything to make a sale Bought a 2013 Escalade ESV,,, took family on a trip the next day, immediately metal to metal on the brakes on the way back. It took them 2 months to get my title,,shortly after I get my title the lifters go out costing me 1800. Mechanic told me they put the wrong oil in it,,wasnt even dexo which is required by GM. I then find out that its been in an accent after going through documents they quickly had me sign,,they told me it was completely clean and free of accidents. I trust their reputation as a dealer and took their word. Big mistake folks. Im currently trying to reach one of the owners to resolve this. More
