Mechanic does know what he is talking about I brought my truck in to service department told them there was something wrong with either my transmission or rear end. They called me back said it w I brought my truck in to service department told them there was something wrong with either my transmission or rear end. They called me back said it was the front end and it would be $1000 (which I did for $175). But the truck didnt even make it home (30 miles) and the transmission went out completely and stop pulling. GM is a good product, this dealer is a poor dealer. Gone on for 5 months now, lied to from the top down, dealer will not last long treating loyal GM customers this way. Doesn't want to sell cars I came to this dealership looking for a specific new truck. When I got there, they told me the truck I was looking at was a "demo" vehicle and was cur I came to this dealership looking for a specific new truck. When I got there, they told me the truck I was looking at was a "demo" vehicle and was currently being driven by the GM. I test drove the truck and was ready to work out the numbers, but it became very apparent that they didn't really want to sell it. They tried to tell me that the advertised price was actually lower than was it's supposed to be, then they severely low-balled me on my trade (after I gave them proof of it's value). The salesman went back 3 times to renegotiate the trade value and came back every time with the same number. He eventually sent me on my way and told me he'd call around to see if he could get a "buy order" for more on my trade and he'd me back that night or the next day. I never heard from him. I gave up on this dealership and ended up finding a better truck at Bachman Chevrolet in Louisville, who gave me an actual fair offer on my trade the first go around. Avoid Neil Huffman and make the drive the Louisville if you need a new car. More

We made a deal with the sales person and agreed on a price. We went over the number multiple times and the sales lady agreed with us. Well, when we went to sign the paper work, Becky, the Sales Manage price. We went over the number multiple times and the sales lady agreed with us. Well, when we went to sign the paper work, Becky, the Sales Manager, was very rude and kept saying no deal, that the sales lady was computing the numbers incorrectly. Even though we agreed on a price, capitol auto failed to follow through with our deal. Very bad customer service. No one there will call you back when they say they will. Also, I know another individual that bought a vehicle from them around 2 months ago, and still has not received their permanent plate. POOR POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. More
