This service department has been great to me and my family because we purchase the vehicle from them. No one else has service this van but Jeff Wyler Honda of Frankfort. I have always been treated respectful, provided details about the repair and estimate, advised of my reward points and any discounts that would apply to my service and delivers the service in a timely manner before the time I was told. The customer service at Jeff Wyler Honda of Frankfort is truely sincere at all levels from the service department, cashiers are friendly, sale associates and the techinican that work on my van. This is the third van we have purdhase from this dealership and plan to buy another one next year. Keep up the good work. More
AS I have met all required xx ups for maintenance on a new vehicle and having done that twice with this dealership I have come to know the staff and the results of their work. Their attention to detail and consideration for the customer "wanting to understand" have been exceptional. Prior to retirement I was a research analyst, I xx the on-line info available. I just purchased a new set of tires for a vehicle with less than 30,000 miles. So, I found that Robby Herbert was well aware of what info was available on-line. And his research helped with my final decision. Not only were the staff up-to-date on what customers are reviewing but show concern for the particular needs of the customer. Everyone on the staff in the service department is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They bend over backwards to get you in when it is convenient for you and get you on your way with basic servic extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The Jeff Wyler Honda-Frankfort, Kentucky Service Department is 100 percent outstanding in my opinion. I have had two Civics('91,'10)serviced at Wyler since the day they opened the door. Was able to call in early afternoon and get car in late afternoon same day to get oil change and tire rotation. Car serviced quickly. All staff were very pleasant, friendly and helpful. I took my 2003 Odyssey in to have the timing belt replaced after 153000 miles - David and Robby have recommended this service for at least the last year, maybe two. I had an 8:00 appointment, and ar replaced after 153000 miles - David and Robby have recommended this service for at least the last year, maybe two. I had an 8:00 appointment, and arrived about five minutes late. David asked if I needed a ride or if he could get me a loaner vehicle, since the service would likely take 4-5 hours. I told him "No, I have my laptop with me and I can work fine here", and that I'd wait for the vehicle. About 30 minutes later, David came out and told me that they'd found a couple more problems - the tensioner for the timing belt was leaking, and two of the motor mounts needed to be replaced as well. Since the timing belt tensioner was coming out anyway due to the work being done, there'd be no additional labor to replace, just the cost of the part. He'd also found a coupon for $50 off that he applied to my bill. In the end, I spent about $100 more than I'd expected, but the service was done very well, and only took about 3 hrs total, saving me at least an hour's worth of labor. I didn't want to spend the $700-plus to have the service done, but 7 years and 153000 miles later, I couldn't put it off any longer. David and the rest of the staff at Jeff Wyler always make the best of what could be a bad situation, and I'd gladly recommend them to anyone. I should also mention that we bought our Odyssey as a new vehicle at one of Jeff Wyler's other locations 7 years ago. The buying experience there was the best I have ever had at ANY dealership - we were in and out in about an hour, including a final test drive - AND we got a great deal on top of that, beating all local dealers by a mile. More
