Great service, friendly and trustworthy team My family and I experienced fantastic service at Neil Huffman when our car was in need of fast repairs. As my family and I road-tripped from Chica My family and I experienced fantastic service at Neil Huffman when our car was in need of fast repairs. As my family and I road-tripped from Chicago to North Carolina in our 2011 Pilot, our car engine and oil pressure light lit up on the dashboard just outside of Louisville. We brought our car to Neil Huffman Honda Service to find out what was wrong. This is the nightmare situation that every road tripper dreads: a breakdown away from home and the need for quick repairs. It's a situation where, frankly, most car owners fear they will be taken advantage of. Our experience with Huffman was exactly the opposite of what most car owners would have expected. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and friendly. Jay, Scott and the service team came up with a creative solution to get us back on the road that saved us time and money. Within a few hours we were back on our way and confident that our car was working smoothly and would get us to North Carolina safely! We highly recommend Neil Huffman Honda and are very grateful for their great service. More

What brings me here to write this review, is my recent experience when we had a problem with the van. Jay Howerton, the service manager, and his team, really went above and beyond in my opinion to make sure that we were happy with the service, and made a tough situation with the vehicle repairs as smooth as I think it could have been. Terrible Service I’ve been there twice and have tried to charge me for a $4,000 fix on my car that was a recall that I got a paper in the mail. And second time they sc I’ve been there twice and have tried to charge me for a $4,000 fix on my car that was a recall that I got a paper in the mail. And second time they scheduled me for a recall on another Honda of mine, they closed that day for the Derby even though I set up an appointment 2 weeks in advance for May the fourth. Not to mention I live over an hour away from there but it’s the closest Honda dealership for me. Just overall terrible and I’ll drive the extra 30 minutes next time to go to a different one. More

WHAT? That’s not right When I called to schedule my service appointment I told them I wanted an oil change and a tire rotation WITH balance. The confirmation they sent me wa When I called to schedule my service appointment I told them I wanted an oil change and a tire rotation WITH balance. The confirmation they sent me was oil change and tire rotation only. When I dropped the car off I told them again when I wanted. The guy that checked me in told me they do not rotate AND balance tires unless I did an alignment as well, for an additional fee. The car does not need an alignment. It just had a tire off balance from losing a weight. He wanted $40 for a rotate and balance and around $140 for an alignment. Told him to forget it, oil change only. Went to Big O and paid $35 for a rotate AND balance with free alignment check. As I suspected, one tire lost a weight and the alignment was fine. And I could have done the oil change at Big O and saved a trip. Will keep that in my nd next time I need a service on my car. Other than this, the service center has always been helpful to me. They get you in and out fast and don’t waste your whole day. Not sure if I will use them again, will depend on what I need. More
