I went to Neil Huffman Imports for service on my 2011 Subaru Forester. The problem had already been diagnosed by my dealer in Atlanta, GA but I could not stay in town long enough for the 2 day repair as Subaru Forester. The problem had already been diagnosed by my dealer in Atlanta, GA but I could not stay in town long enough for the 2 day repair as I needed to be in Louisville for work. I gave Neil Huffman a diagram of the problem from the service department in Atlanta and the contact info for that service dept. They told me that they found the exact problem and that it was difficult to diagnose but they had seen it before and figured out how to fix it through much trial and error. The service techs at Neil Huffman did not call Atlanta nor did they find the problem. I left two hours later with no solution. I left feeling that Neil Huffman did not want to fix my problem because they did not want to have to provide me with a loaner car. They made me feel as though it was not their problem. Now I have to keep driving around with this issue unresolved until I can get back to Atlanta and have it fixed. More
