I purchase my 2022 F150 truck with the 3. 5 eco engine. The truck has 6500 miles. I have returned the truck 3 times to Nelson Ford to get a vibration issue corrected. The vibration is terri 5 eco engine. The truck has 6500 miles. I have returned the truck 3 times to Nelson Ford to get a vibration issue corrected. The vibration is terrible and causes my feet and legs to vibrated when the truck is driven. The vibration is very noticeable especially when the truck shifts into overdrive and the RPM's are in the 1500 to 1100 range. There is a harmonic noise that can also be heard along with the vibration. The last time the truck was in the shop for about 10 days they replaced the rear end pinion gear and components which did not correct the issue. I don't understand why they worked in the rear end when it vibration and noise appears to be coming from the transmission. The last thing they told me is that the vibration and noise is normal for the 10R80 transmission and there is nothing they can do to correct the issue. This has left me very unsatisfied with Nelson Ford and their desire to correct this issue. I don't know how Ford can say that this noise and vibration is normal and can do nothing to correct it. I have been a quality engineer for over 40 years and a produce with these conditions would have never been allowed to be past onto a customer. So with all that has taken place so far with this truck I am still looking for Nelson Ford and the Ford Motor company to resolve this issue so I can leave the dealership as a satisfied customer.
