Levi Pervin came outside to greet us and find out what we were interested in. He even took us on a test drive that night and worked with us past closing time. We kept in touch throughout the process of our finding what we wanted and my husband returned to test drive another vehicle. Ultimately, Levi helped us get the CX-3 we wanted -- all polished up and pretty! We liked the teamwork at Nelson, and how several people assisted in helping us. Everyone was very responsive to our questions and calls. Levi was very patient with us -- through the business end of the deal and teaching us how to use the bells and whistles of our new CX-3. I don't really care much for cars and I hate car shopping. Most salespeople try to apply high-pressure techniques and don't even ask questions. Levi took time to learn what I wanted. He asked lots of questions and listened to my answers. The whole process was smooth and pain-free (which is the most I can ask for). Levi was accessible, followed-up before and after the sale, and is a genuinely funny guy. The dealership is clean and friendly. There weren't any hiccups through the entire process. And most importantly, I love the Mazda I bought. More
