My Dealership participates in the DealerRater Certified Dealer Program. We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your DealerRater review, you did not share that experience. That is very disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at their dealership. I do apologize. We are a small store and when the salesperson is with another customer it is sometimes hard to return calls. I believe the manager was attempting to let you know that he would take care of you by doing whatever it took to help you. The technicians are on rotating schedules as we do have our shop open 6 days a week. The particular technician working on your vehicle was out for half a day to compensate for his having to work the upcoming Saturday. We were also the ones bringing the vehicle back and forth from your place of business in order to assist you. On top of that we were unable to get your vehicle in any sooner as you were out of town. What would be the best resolution for you in this situation?

The resolution would have been to take care of the issue the first time properly. My 4Runner, after purchase, had to go to the dealership 3 times before I rightfully owned it in a working condition. Remember, I was asked multiple times by the manager I spoke to to bring the car in myself. Only after I bitched for about 5 minutes is when he decided to come and get the car. He reluctantly decided to fill my tank after he spoke to me in a very rude manner. I understand that you are "short staffed". While you may feel like this is an acceptable excuse, I do not. You took a sale very quickly and decided to fix it very slowly. I called for about 2 weeks straight before I left town. If your salesman is with another customer, the manager should call me back or he should call me when he was done. Bottom line is that you were very quick to cash my check to meet your month end quota but did not have that same enthusiasm to fix your mistake. I stand by my review. Unless you have monetary compensation for my horrible experience, I will not change anything on this review.

Car buying is supposed to be an exciting experience. I recently bought a Lexus and had the best experience I have ever had getting that car. Fast forward 2 months when I bought the car from you all. This was literally the WORST experience I have ever had buying a car. It really made me despise calling and working with your associates since it was so difficult to make something work. To me, anything short of $500 off my car price will be unacceptable. I love cars. I love playing and working around with cars. I could have fixed your error with ease but it was the principal of the matter. You barely took ownership of anything that you ever did wrong. While you did end up fixing it, it was short of an act of God that did it. This has left a very bitter taste in my mouth to ever work with you guys again. Again, as I have said above, money always talks. So you tell me if this is worth it and I will change my review.
